My consultant was friendly and personable and took time to understand. Before I left he made sure he had addressed all my concerns.

All I can say is a massive well done to the Nurses and Health Care Assistants who were amazing! They were so kind and patient with me and I will never forget it. The only time I was a little unhappy was when I was told I could stand up to get dressed and noone told me I had nothing down below to catch the aftermath of a D&C! I made a mess all down my legs and socks and slippers and it went on the floor. The nurse didnt look too worried but I was mortified and a little freaked out as I in my drugged state had forgotten I might be having a D&C at all. Overall however they were brilliant and couldnt do enough for you. They made sure I had food and water and a lovely cuppa as soon as I was able to eat and drink them and gave me painkillers as soon as I was awake and able to feel pain. A great team.

was seen very quickly and did not have to wait. Parking was an issue every time, the car park was always full and had to wait up to 30 mins for a space.

either lower beds or steps up to them, am on crutches and found it difficult. Also a lift that works, took ages to negotiate steps down due to lift not working.

Everyone was lovely at my appointment with Mr fish on the 20/7/11 although I received devastating news. I had to return to level 11 the next day for a pre-op assessment Sam the nurse was super but the room she interviewed me in (which took an hour) had no window and was hot and I felt shut in the doctor then took over an hour to see me I was left alone with no offer of refreshment I could hear her talking about getting a new bed.
